Marie Curie Individual Fellowship “NEUROGUIDE” started for Ilaria Tonazzini
Dr. Ilaria Tonazzini started her Marie Curie Individual Fellowship “NEUROGUIDE” (Study of neuronal sensing and migration/guidance dynamics in neurodevelopmental disorders by nano-engineered chips) in the laboratory of Prof. Ype Elgersma at Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam (NL). Marco Cecchini and Cecilia Masciullo will be present at the "Nanoengineering for Mechanobiology" conference in Camogli (25-28 March 2018, GE-Italy) with an oral presentation "Nanotopographies for neural contact guidance" by Marco and a Poster Presentation "Cell contact guidance along topographical-directionality gradients" (download it!) by Cecilia.
NeuroSens @ Biosensors 2018 World Congress in Miami (USA)
NeuroSens is going to present its newest research activities at the prestigious world congress "Biosensors 2018" that will be held in Miami (USA)! The focus of the congress will be novel, high-perfomance biosensing technologies for biomedical purposes, in the light of the precision medicine goal. Matteo will have a presentation titled A sub-nanomolar Rayleigh surface acoustic wave-based resonator biosensor, while Gina will present a poster on Surface acoustic wave (SAW)-enhanced functionalization of gold biosensing films. This is a great opportunity for us for sharing our results and discuss future projects with the best researchers in the world.
